CIVIL RULE 17: INTERPRETERS
A party who desires an interpreter must timely give notice to the Court and all other parties of record and make arrangements for the presence and the payment of the interpreter. If the interpreter is not an Official Court Interpreter, his/her name and qualifications must be provided the Court and opposing counsel at least five court days prior to the date of the interpreter's appearance.
